Mentorship through making

Mentoring Aspiring Asian American Designers, Seamstresses, and Young Artists

Our founder Grace started her journey as a bridal designer after interning with Jinza, the woman who designed her wedding dress. Today, she pays it forward by mentoring aspiring Asian American designers, seamstresses, and young artists — especially those who want to carry on traditional techniques.

From teaching hand embroidery to guiding immigrant artisans in our workshop, every lesson passed down is part of our mission to preserve and evolve our cultural identity.

Education through culture

Offer Educational Content About Qipao, Chinese Wedding Traditions, and Tang Suits

We offer educational content about Qipao, Chinese wedding traditions, and Tang suits to help the next generation — and anyone interested — rediscover what makes our heritage meaningful.

Whether it’s a young bride learning about her grandmother’s tea ceremony or a groom designing his first Tang suit, we believe education is part of healing and pride.
