Custom Design, Made-to-Order Gowns, and Sample Sale Gowns

• Final Sale: All Custom Designed gowns, Made-to-Order gowns, and Sample Sale gowns are final sale. Once payment is made, you enter into a contractual agreement to proceed with the gown chosen. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the purchase has been completed.
• Fitting and Adjustments: Any necessary alterations or adjustments should be communicated and arranged before the final pick-up. Once the gown has been collected, no further changes can be made.

Jewelry and Accessories

• Final Sale: All jewelry and accessories are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Comments and Changes

• Pre-Pickup Communication: If you have any comments, concerns, or requests for adjustments, these must be communicated and resolved prior to the final pick-up of your gown or accessory. After pick-up, no further changes or adjustments will be accepted.

Delivery Information

• Delivery Schedule: The delivery time for Custom Design and Made-to-Order gowns will be communicated upon order confirmation. Please ensure that you are available to receive your gown or accessory as scheduled. Any delays in receiving or picking up your items should be communicated to us in advance.
• Pick-Up Instructions: For local customers, we will notify you when your gown or accessory is ready for pick-up. Please arrange to collect your items within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our products, Jinza Oriental Couture does not accept any returns or exchanges on Custom Designed gowns, Made-to-Order gowns, Sample Sale gowns, jewelry, or accessories.
