Delivery Timeline
Chinese Wedding Dresses
Our most intricate heirlooms take between 6 to 14 months, depending on embroidery and personalization. Each includes remote consultation, muslin fitting, and final tailoring.
Custom Qipao and Cheongsam
Each piece is made-to-measure and takes 2 to 6 months. A muslin fitting is included to ensure a comfortable and flattering fit.
Tang Suits and Menswear
Delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 months. Personalized sleeve, collar, or lining embroidery is available.
Ready-to-Wear & Accessories
Shipped in 5–10 business days after final tailoring. Minor adjustments may be required for select styles.
Global Shipping
We ship worldwide from our Los Angeles studio. Delivery takes 2–5 days in the U.S. and 7–10 days internationally. You’ll receive tracking once your piece is complete. Express shipping is available by request.
Return & exchange policy
All pieces are final sale due to the custom nature of our work. If you have concerns about fit or quality, please contact us within 7 days. We are happy to review your case and help where possible.
fit & alteration support
Each order includes a complimentary muslin fitting (Zoom or in-person) and guided tailoring. After delivery, we’ll assist you with fitting tips or refer you to trusted tailors near you.
