Giving back through handcrafted Qipao embroidery supporting community and cultural heritage

Preserving Our Culture. Giving Back to Our Community

Giving Back to Our Community

At JINZA, we believe in gratitude through action. Every year, we design and provide 10% discount to custom Tang suits and Qipaos to firefighters, doctors and those who stand at the front lines for our families and communities.

Honoring First responders

Honorning Those Who Protect, Serve and Inspire

At JINZA Oriental Couture, we extend a 10% discount to first responders and their immediate family members — including firefighters, EMTs, police officers, and healthcare workers.

This gesture is our way of saying thank you. Many of our clients serve their communities day and night, and we are honored to create garments that reflect their strength, values, and heritage.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, attending a ceremony, or honoring a loved one, we’re here to design something truly personal — just for you.

Mentorship through making

Mentoring Aspiring Asian American Designers, Seamstresses, and Young Artists

Our founder Grace started her journey as a bridal designer after interning with Jinza, the woman who designed her wedding dress. Today, she pays it forward by mentoring aspiring Asian American designers, seamstresses, and young artists — especially those who want to carry on traditional techniques.

From teaching hand embroidery to guiding immigrant artisans in our workshop, every lesson passed down is part of our mission to preserve and evolve our cultural identity.

Education through culture

Offer Educational Content About Qipao, Chinese Wedding Traditions, and Tang Suits

We offer educational content about Qipao, Chinese wedding traditions, and Tang suits to help the next generation — and anyone interested — rediscover what makes our heritage meaningful.

Whether it’s a young bride learning about her grandmother’s tea ceremony or a groom designing his first Tang suit, we believe education is part of healing and pride.

It’s not just about wearing something beautiful. It’s about remembering where we come from.

Let Us Honor Your Story

Whether you’re a first responder, a community leader, or someone preserving cultural roots — your story deserves to be told with care.
